Quillan, or more commonly known as Quill, is loosely considered the tavern owner (though, not technically). They manage a lot of the bookkeeping, logistics, and managing of tavern staff. They can be found baking, brewing, or sewing together garmits on occasion as well. Their preference is to work with people or making the deals with other business, but are pretty adaptable.

The nature of their magic is mysterious. They can craft plush figures and imbue them with lost souls for various purposes. Them being a haunted puppet themselves uses this to make up for their lack of physical abilities.
